About This Role
Overview
We are looking for an Experienced Real Estate Accountant to join the team at ERE Homes.
Salary up to 10,000AED depending on experience.
Key duties include reconciliations, managing AP/AR, month-end closing, and providing financial analysis to support management decisions.
Candidates typically require a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance and 3–7 years of experience.
Key Responsibilities
- **Financial Reporting:**
- Maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries, balance sheets, and P&L statements.
- **VAT & Compliance:**
- Ensure compliance with UAE tax laws, file VAT returns, and stay updated on local regulatory requirements.
- **Month-End Close:**
- Execute month-end, quarterly, and annual closing activities, including reconciliations.
- **Accounts Payable/Receivable:**
- Manage invoices, payments, and collections.
- **Analysis & Reporting:**
- Conduct variance analysis and provide financial insights to management.
- **Audit Support:**
- Prepare documentation and assist with internal/external audits.

Chartered Accountant
- **Experience:**
- 3–7 years of professional real estate accounting experience.
- **Technical Skills:**
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills.
- **Regulatory Knowledge:**
- Deep understanding of IFRS and UAE tax laws (VAT).
- **Soft Skills:**
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills for a diverse, multicultural work environment.
- Salary up to 10,000AED depending on experience.
