Key Responsibilities
- Operate the bottle washer machine as per SOP, work instructions, and production plan.
- Ensure proper washing, rinsing, and sanitization of bottles before filling.
- Monitor critical parameters such as:
- o Caustic concentration
- o Washing temperature
- o Water pressure
- o Conveyor speed
- o Bottle soaking time
- o Rinsing efficiency
- Check and maintain the required caustic solution concentration and temperature.
- Conduct regular inspection of washed bottles for:
- o Dirt and foreign particles
- o Residual chemicals
- o Labels/glue
- o Broken or chipped bottles
- o Improper washing
