Operator - Multiple Shifts

Key Responsibilities
- Experience reading & accurately interpreting sketches, and other information / instructions is required
- Assemble assigned products as instructed by work instructions; assemble in a safe manner ensuring quality standards are met
- Assembly could include using tools, fixtures, and machines (drilling, screwing, and bolting operations); operating presses and punches out parts; working with coper tubes and/or coil fins
- May assist in training new operators
- Perform quality inspections on products to ensure they meet specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation including cleaning around work area and/or department at end of shift
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency
- Follows all safety policies and procedures; consistently utilizes all required personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Indefinite U.S. work authorized individuals only. Future sponsorship for work authorization is not available.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing facility preferred
- Ability to read assembly or other instructions, as well as safety and quality requirements
- Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement support
