Inside Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned House Accounts and York Dealers.
- Proactively contact customers to drive sales and improve margins.
- Prepare quotations for residential and light commercial HVAC equipment, parts, and supplies.
- Enter and manage customer orders, including shipment tracking and follow-up.
- Provide responsive post-sale support and resolve customer inquiries.
- Facilitate product returns and assist customers with warranty processing and training.
- Promote special offers, marketing campaigns, and other revenue-generating opportunities.
- Support counter sales and provide exceptional customer service as needed.
Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2+ years of HVAC industry experience.
- 3+ years of sales experience.
- 3+ years of customer service experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher education.
- Experience working directly with HVAC dealers or contractors.
- Experience supporting residential and/or light commercial HVAC equipment, parts, and supplies.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer-focused with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic with a proactive, results-oriented approach.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher education.
- Experience working directly with HVAC dealers or contractors.
- Experience supporting residential and/or light commercial HVAC equipment, parts, and supplies.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer-focused with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic with a proactive, results-oriented approach.
