Role overview
Facilitate the Quality Inspector’s work and ensure product requirements conform to standard finished-goods specifications.
Production operations
- Clean the production line during the shift and at month close.
- Complete the daily production report and submit it to the Production Team Leader.
- Set up the machine correctly and perform size changes.
- Handle raw materials received from or returned to the raw material warehouse appropriately.
- Verbally inform the Lead Operator and Line Setter of machine problems.
- Keep finished-goods pallets, waste bins, waste trolleys, and raw materials in their designated places.
Safety and participation
- Follow safety and environmental instructions and participate in toolbox talks led by the HSE officer.
- Participate, as applicable, in occupational health and safety management system development, planning, implementation, performance evaluation, and improvement actions.
