Operations Training Supervisor

Qualifications

• Education: Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business, Manufacturing, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Education, or related discipline required. Formal training in learning and development, operations, or safety preferred. Equivalent combination of education and manufacturing experience may be considered.
• Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of experience in manufacturing, operations, workforce development, technical training, leadership, or a related field. Experience designing and delivering training programs in a manufacturing or operational environment preferred. Experience leading trainers, training initiatives, or workforce development programs preferred. Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration preferred.
• Equipment and Software: Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; able to learn and use LMS and digital training applications.

• Communication & Collaboration - excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to build collaborative relationships with plant leadership across all levels of the organization. Effective conflict resolution and stakeholder management skills.
• Technical Proficiency - proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Experience with Learning Management Systems and training databases. Ability to analyze and present training-related data and reports.
• Organization & Prioritization: Manages multiple tasks, schedules, and training records efficiently.
• Problem Solving: Identifies learning gaps, adjusts training approaches, and recommends practical solutions.
