Operations Team Lead
Regency Fleets is a fast-growing vehicle leasing, rental, and used car sales company.
We are looking for a motivated Operations Team Lead to oversee daily operations and support smooth fleet and branch performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and guide operations supervisors and operational staff
- Oversee daily fleet operations and ensure efficient vehicle utilization
- Manage fleet tracking, availability, allocation, and status updates
- Assign duties across different projects and branches
- Coordinate with maintenance, workshop, sales, and customer service teams
- Support the Operations Manager in daily execution and planning
- Monitor operations and ensure compliance with company procedures
- Handle operational issues and resolve escalations
- Improve operational efficiency, productivity, and service quality
Requirements
- Experience in Qatar (vehicle rental/leasing industry preferred)
- Strong leadership and team supervision skills
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Experience in fleet/operations management
- Ability to handle operational reporting and tracking systems
- Immediate joiners preferred or max 1 month notice
- Valid QID with transferable sponsorship (NOC mandatory)
