Operations Support Team Member
About This Role
- Support daily operational activities and ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor store and warehouse operations and report issues.
- Coordinate with teams to resolve operational challenges.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Track KPIs and maintain accurate operational data.
- Liaise with QC, warehouse, and logistics teams.
- Follow up on pending tasks and escalations.
- Support communication between field teams and management.
- Identify process gaps and suggest improvements.
- Assist in implementing operational procedures.
- Maintain records and operational documentation.
- Support scheduling, manpower planning, and ad-hoc tasks
Requirements Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in operations or logistics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
