Operations Support Officer

We're looking for a dedicated and proactive Operations Support Officer (AO3) in Bundamba to help deliver our vision of connected communities in a thriving, sustainable Queensland.

• Working as part of a small team and liaising with a range of stakeholders to ensure the efficient operations of the unit.
• Delivering frontline customer service including investigating complaints and providing information and advice to customers and stakeholders.
• Administering the School Transport Assistance Scheme (STAS) and various passenger transport products.
• Assisting with performance monitoring of service contracts and accreditations.
