Role overview

Workplace and travel

• The role is remote, with travel required to Swissport stations across the UK and region as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operational data journey from capture through reporting and insight.
• Produce daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports and dashboards.
• Validate data across Dayforce, CargoSpot, DCM, FSC, iCare, ACL, and Power BI.
• Support system administration, DCM compliance, and month-end reporting.
• Develop bespoke reports using Power BI and Excel.
• Monitor regional KPIs against global reporting standards.
• Provide data-driven insights to regional and global stakeholders.
• Improve data quality, reporting processes, and operational efficiency.
• Maintain documentation and support audits, station start-ups, and training.

Requirements

• Operational experience within the aviation industry is essential.
• Advanced Excel skills and operational data analysis experience are required.
• Power BI experience is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills are required.
• Applicants must be willing to travel across the region as required.
• A relevant degree or equivalent qualification and system implementation or reporting project experience are desirable.
