Role overview
Senior Treasury Reporting Analyst owning treasury activities across Swissport UK and Ireland.
Part of the Finance Control team; reports to the Finance Manager – UK and Ireland.
The role supports daily treasury operations, cash forecasting, and reporting to senior Finance and Group teams.
Contract
- 12-month fixed-term contract.
Key responsibilities
- Manage treasury activities, bank uploads, daily reconciliations, and discrepancy resolution.
- Support asset financing negotiations; produce bi-weekly cash forecasts and improve processes.
- Review forecasts and budgets against actuals; oversee Securitization (Coral) requests and facility drawdown.
- Manage bank relationships; process authorized manual payments and expenses.
- Support budgeting and forecasting; oversee ticketing sales reconciliation and billing.
- Support month-end balance sheet submissions, statutory accounts, year-end audit work, and ad hoc finance projects.
Knowledge and experience
- Qualified Accountant is essential.
- Strong accounting standards, intercompany, and period-end close knowledge; proficiency in Excel and financial systems.
- Experience in a large, multi-site business; commercial awareness of EBITDA, net assets, and cash flow.
- Strong communication, attention to detail, data interpretation, and deadline-management skills.
- Numerical or business-related degree is desirable.
- Low-margin, high-volume contract environment experience is desirable but not essential.
- Ability to travel between Swissport sites, with overnight stays when required.
