What you will do
- Develop management information, reports and analytical tools supporting operational control and decisions.
- Analyse performance data for trends, risks, constraints, exceptions and improvement opportunities.
- Improve operational data accuracy, consistency, governance and usability; support ERP workflows and data quality.
- Review processes and digital ways of working; use structured analysis to support operational excellence.
- Explore approved AI and automation for reporting and decision support; validate information and maintain reporting controls.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, present findings and recommendations, and follow relevant safety, environmental and site requirements.
Essential requirements
- Strong analytical, data-management and problem-solving skills; confidence interpreting complex information and identifying insights.
- Strong Microsoft 365 skills, particularly Excel, and experience with reporting or data-analysis tools.
- Ability to make clear practical recommendations; organised approach and attention to accuracy and traceability.
- Effective communication, constructive challenge, discretion with sensitive information and ability to build cross-functional relationships.
Desirable experience
- Experience using ERP systems or working in manufacturing, engineering or operations.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, or other approved AI and automation technologies.
- Experience in process improvement, operational excellence or data governance.
