Requirements
ARABIC Speaker is a must to apply.
Provide support to MERN Network by effectively handling the daily tasks, dealing with exceptions, on-road trucking issues & compliance reporting.
Provides technical advice & practical support to internal & external customers on service & related systems issues.
Performs general administrative and support duties as required.

- Good problem-solving skills with experience of developing & implementing solutions to operational issues
Job Function
- Closely monitor truck at borders levels
- Clearance paperwork and requirements from customers
- Coordinate with Clearance Brokers at borders to expedite trucks movements
- Communicate with trucks drivers and log updates
- Transit Times reporting and analysis
- Optimize clearance transit times at borders through analysis
- Management escalation
- Produce reports to Management/Snr.
- Management
- Responsible for the completion of defined processes and procedures to deadline, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant internal and external standards.
- Identifies anomalies as they arise and uses judgement based on rules and procedures to resolve.
- For complex issues, may escalate to senior team members.
