  • Base Annual Salary: $55,000 - $75,000 annually
  • Annual incentive opportunity in addition to base: approximately 15%

  • Properly submit production related information
  • Previous experience supervising and leading crews
  • Landscape Industry experience desired, but not required
  • Desire and ability to embody the Core Values of Safety, Collaboration, Professionalism, Accountability and Achievement
  • Basic MS Office proficiency
  • Minimum 2 years of experience using Aspire (a business management system)
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record is required
