Operations Supervisor Pipe Welding

Minimum 1 year trade experience at electric boat

Minimum 3 years combined relevant experience and leadership experience in a high-volume setting

Minimum of 1 year EB experience and an Engineering degree in a related field

Preferred:

BS in Engineering

5+ years of relevant experience

1+ years of tig welding experience

Knowledge of management tools (i.e., MRP, Artemis, EWP or other EB specific tools)

Ability to build a strong, cohesive team and drive them toward a high level of performance

Ability to analyze performance data, formulate process improvement ideas and continuously improve performance

Ability to communicate with all levels of the workforce and management

Good interpersonal, presentation, written and verbal skills

Able to climb and work aboard submarines under construction or repair
