Role Overview
Maintain a positive working environment for clients and team members within the shops.

Area of Responsibility
- Support the operations team in achieving company goals and targets.
- Ensure high-quality customer service delivery in the shops.
- Execute and monitor operational processes, policies, and brand standards.
- Coordinate daily operational activities across multiple barbershops.
- Support schedule management and resolve customer complaints.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and communicate with the team to maintain continuity.
- Maintain operational records and act as a contact for operational matters.
- Assist with inventory controls and conduct stocktakes according to SOPs.
- Provide induction and training support to new team members.
- Monitor training programs and identify development needs for new joiners.
Experience
- 2-3 years of experience in an operations support role or similar, including lead receptionist, operations supervisor, or team leader experience.
Attributes
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Positive attitude and proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to manage and lead a team cohesively.
Working Environment
- The role requires movement around the emirate and covers multiple locations in the UAE.
- A UAE driving license and personal car are advised but not mandatory.
