About This Role
Aucust is building the UAE's automotive technology ecosystem. Studio24 is a live-bookable car care marketplace connecting vehicle owners to detailing, PPF, and service providers. JobCard is a garage management SaaS and two-sided labor marketplace for workshops and technicians. You'll drive merchant acquisition, customer engagement, and on-ground operations across both platforms — while supervising day-to-day service delivery standards.
Sales responsibilities
- Prospect and onboard car care businesses, detailers, and garages onto Studio24 and JobCard
- Own the full sales cycle — outreach, demo, negotiation, close, and follow-up
- Manage WhatsApp, phone, and in-person outreach to target garage and workshop segments in Dubai and Abu Dhabi
- Achieve monthly merchant acquisition and revenue targets set by the CEO
- Upsell JobCard SaaS subscriptions to garages already using the marketplace
- Build and maintain a structured CRM pipeline; update records after every interaction
- Collect market feedback from prospects and share insights with the product team
- Support B2B partnerships, fleet accounts, and insurance channel deals
Supervisory & operations responsibilities
- Supervise service fulfillment quality for bookings made through Studio24
- Coordinate between garage partners, technicians, and customers to resolve service issues
- Monitor job card status and ensure timely closure for active workshop bookings
- Maintain partner SLA adherence and escalate where quality falls short
- Liaise with the founder and developer on operational blockers or platform bugs affecting service delivery
- Assist in onboarding new partners to the platform — training, setup, and first booking support
What we're looking for
- 2–5 years of B2B or field sales experience, ideally in automotive, SaaS, or marketplace platforms
- Strong communicator in English; Arabic or Hindi a significant advantage in the UAE market
- Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, CRM tools, and Google Sheets for pipeline management
- Self-starter who can operate with minimal oversight and manage competing priorities
- Understanding of the UAE automotive service ecosystem (garages, workshops, detailing, etc.)
- Ability to spot operational inefficiencies and take initiative to fix them
- Resilience and hustle — this is an early-stage startup, not a corporate environment
Nice to have
- Prior experience selling to SMBs or independent businesses in the UAE
- Familiarity with automotive aftermarket or workshop operations
- Experience with marketplace or two-sided platform businesses
- Knowledge of Dubai trade zones and SME business culture
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
