Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Operations Supervisor for a full-time, on-site role at our facility in Doha, Qatar.
The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational activities, managing teams, streamlining processes, and ensuring that projects meet deadlines and quality standards.
This role will also involve coordinating with multiple departments to ensure operational efficiency, providing leadership to team members, and analyzing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills and a proven ability to manage and lead diverse teams
- Experience in Operations and Operations Management, with a focus on optimizing workflows
- Excellent Analytical Skills to evaluate processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements
- Outstanding Communication skills to interact effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders
- Proven ability to adapt to dynamic work environments and meet deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field is preferred
- Previous experience in a supervisory or operations role is a plus
