Operations Specialist - Russian Speaker

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team as

Operations Specialist.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-

to-end company formation and visa processing activities across UAE freezones,

ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution of all applications.

Fluency in Russian is a mandatory requirement for this role, as it involves regular

interaction with Russian-speaking clients.

 Manage the end-to-end processing of company incorporation and visa

applications across UAE freezone authorities

 Ensure all submissions are accurate, complete, and compliant with regulatory

 Monitor application progress and conduct regular follow-ups with relevant

authorities

 Coordinate scheduling and logistics for visa-related medical and biometrics

appointments

 Handle post-incorporation services, including company amendments and

document requests

 Maintain organized and up-to-date company and shareholder documentation

 Track and update critical dates, including license renewals, establishment cards,

and visa expiries

 Perform initial compliance and AML checks on stakeholders and maintain proper

records

 Oversee back-end administrative processes related to incorporation, visa

issuance, renewals, and amendments

 Provide timely support to client inquiries, ensuring proactive issue resolution and

appropriate escalation of complex matters

and Requirements

 2–4 years of relevant experience in UAE company formation, freezone

operations, or visa processing

 Strong knowledge of UAE freezone regulations and administrative procedures

 Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks with a high level of accuracy and

attention to detail

 Strong organizational and coordination skills

 Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems

 Fluency in Russian is mandatory

 Prior experience within a business setup consultancy or corporate services firm

 Familiarity with multiple UAE freezones and government portals
