The Role: Operations & Project Coordinator
Based in Dubai \| Full-Time
What you'll own:
Project Coordination
— Stock management, material ordering, team scheduling, measurement coordination, and delivery logistics from start to finish
AI & Tech
— Processing iPad LiDAR site scans and using AI design tools to produce client-ready visual mock-ups based on exact color specifications
Admin & Finance
— Quotations, invoicing, payment follow-ups, job worksheets, and warranty certificate review
Growth & HR
— Building relationships with architects and interior designers, plus supporting recruitment as we scale
