Operations Program Analyst

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Participate in Integrated Project Teams to transition new models and technical changes into production.
• Coordinate resource planning, procurement, capacity, schedules, tooling, product costs, approvals, and logistics against program objectives.
• Assess program risks, plan to meet targets or resume production, and resolve supply issues while minimizing excess inventory.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, MED, and Aftermarket to align strategies and delivery schedules.
• Report program status and recommendations, escalate issues, and support customer communications by management.
• Implement new-program sourcing strategies and FSC objectives; evaluate alternatives through business cases.
• Define tooling strategies and business cases and manage engineering and start-up spending within allocated budgets.
• Coordinate support for OEM upgrades, partial deliveries, returns, and campaigns to reduce customer impact.
• Prepare or coordinate production estimates for marketing requests and bids; review and manage technical-change impacts.

Qualifications

• Able to coordinate plans, manage projects, and implement strategies across multiple functions and teams.
• Able to collaborate and guide or coach others.
• Strong communication skills for working with stakeholders at all organizational levels.

Schedule

• Monday to Friday, with flexible schedules.

Workplace

• Exclusively in person at the Longueuil facility.
