Operations Program Analyst / Engineer

Role overview

Workplace and schedule

• The position is based at the Longueuil facility and is exclusively on-site, Monday to Friday, with flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects, schedules, stakeholders, and project closure.
• Support transitions of new models and engineering changes into production, including MRP, procurement, capacity, lead times, costs, and logistics.
• Manage program risks, procurement actions, inventory exposure, reporting, and escalations.
• Align plans with internal functions and OEMs; support customer impacts, production plans, estimates, proposals, and delivery issues.
• Develop procurement and tooling strategies, manage budgets, and track engineering changes, critical alerts, and non-conformances.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, ideally in engineering or operations management.
• At least 7 years of experience.
• Knowledge of SAP and PLM tools.
• Ability to solve complex problems, communicate clearly, and lead projects.
• Very good English for daily technical documentation and communication with international customers, suppliers, or colleagues.

Assets

• Experience in an Operations or supply-chain unit at P&WC is an asset.
• PMP certification is an asset.
