You will oversee the daily operations of our boarding facility, grooming services, and retail store, while ensuring timely reporting and clear communication with management.

Proven experience in operations management, preferably in pet care, retail, or hospitality.

Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

Deep love for animals and commitment to their wellbeing is essential.

Knowledge of animal care, grooming practices, and boarding facility management is a plus.

Ability to multitask, solve problems, and make decisions under pressure.

Proficiency in basic computer systems and retail management software.
