What You'll Do
In this role, you will:
Lead strategic warehouse operations and financial planning by monitoring performance metrics, preparing budgets, managing P&L contracts, and implementing continuous improvement plans to boost throughput and reduce costs.
Collaborate with Team Leaders, facility management, and business development departments to ensure seamless operational integration, support strategic succession planning, and build positive relationships with clients and vendors.
Ensure strict compliance with warehouse safety protocols, quality control procedures, and environmental regulations by conducting regular audits, inspections, and monitoring adherence to customer-specific requirements.
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
Commercial experience in warehouse management, preferably within a 3PL, e-commerce, or high-volume distribution environment.
Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory control methodologies, safety regulations, and environmental compliance standards.
Proven ability in data-driven leadership, team coaching, and cost management to successfully analyze metrics, indicate trends, and manage diverse teams under high-pressure priorities.
