· Provide organizational directions to deliver the short- and long-term sales and profit results – through people development and improving restaurant operations.
· Analyze the operational and financial reports for each restaurant and generate strategies and actions to reach the monthly and annual goals.
· Preparing, examining & analyzing accounting records, financial statements & other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness and conformance to reporting & procedural standards
· Control operational costs, track P&L, monitor revenue, and manage vendor relationships to meet budgetary goals.
· Coordinate with Area Managers and store managers to ensure smooth operations
· Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
· Implement procedures to improve efficiency, analyze performance metrics, and drive sales.
· Evaluate labour, cost of goods and waste, and adjusting purchasing or schedules when variances appear.
· Provide training, setting benchmarks, giving feedback and building a culture of accountability for new hires
· Maintains safe, secure, and healthy environment by establishing, following, and enforcing sanitation standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations; securing revenues; Adherence to company SOP’s
· Plan menus by consulting with management; estimates food costs and profits; adjust menus (Menu engineering).
· Stay ahead of the operations through restaurants visits per company policy and evaluate restaurant practice against company standards.
· Prepare regular performance reports to the management
· Monitor progress towards objectives and development plans on a quarterly basis, placing an emphasis on results versus activities and the development of business
Required Qualification & Skills
· Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or relevant certifications.
· Proven managerial experience in handling multiple restaurants in UAE
· Excellent knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
· Outstanding leadership and analytical skills
· Excellent decision-making skills.
Pay: AED15,241.79 - AED17,155.44 per month
