Role overview

Responsibilities

• Follow loss-prevention and key-control policies to reduce shrink.
• Perform weekly inventory cycle counts and periodic full-store inventory counts.
• Order inventory weekly to maintain sufficient stock.
• Follow store opening and closing procedures, including alarm checks and security walks.

What you bring

• Two years of experience in retail management and customer service.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team; dynamic, positive personality and strong leadership skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical demands include mobility, manual material handling, and moving products using ladders and stock pickers.
