Role overview

Responsibilities

• Support strategic hotel management and collaborate with the General Manager and senior department colleagues.
• Oversee hotel departments and participate in capital projects, refurbishments, training, and customer-service initiatives.
• Train team members, implement Hilton standards, and inspect hotel areas to maintain facilities and systems.
• Plan cost controls and analyze departmental expenses, including rooms, food, beverages, payroll, overtime, and outsourced services.
• Manage direct reports, budgets, targets, work plans, operations meetings, and team performance.
• Ensure rosters meet operational needs and comply with labor laws; deliver revenue, profit, service, quality, and turnover targets.
• Coordinate with business development and F&B leaders on operations, menus, pricing, promotions, and activities.
• Support conference and event activities, review competitor products and prices, and ensure VIP guests receive appropriate care.
• Follow hotel security and emergency procedures, assist the General Manager with daily operations, and complete assigned reasonable duties.
