The Operations Manager (Hotels & Coffee Branches) will oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth functioning and high standards across all sites.
Responsibilities
include managing staff, optimizing operational processes, analyzing performance metrics, and maintaining compliance with quality and safety regulations.
You will work closely with multiple teams to streamline workflows, develop strategies for enhancing customer experiences, and ensure financial efficiency.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily operations of hotel and coffee shop branches
- Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
- Monitor branch performance, sales, and operational efficiency
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve profitability
- Supervise staff, conduct training, and ensure team productivity
- Maintain compliance with Saudi regulations, hygiene, and safety standards
- Coordinate with suppliers and manage inventory and cost control
- Prepare operational reports and present to senior management
Requirements
- Minimum
- 5+ years of experience
- in operations management
- Proven experience in
- hotels and coffee shop chains in KSA
- **Strong leadership and team management skills**
- **Excellent communication skills (English required, Arabic preferred)**
- **Knowledge of Saudi hospitality regulations and standards**
- **Ability to handle multiple branches and work under pressure**
- **Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred)**
