Operations Manager
***Experience: 3–5 Years UAE (Preferably in Wood Manufacturing, Joinery, Furniture, or Fit-Out Industry)***
The Operations Executive supports daily production and operational activities to ensure projects are completed efficiently, on time, and in accordance with quality standards.
***Key Responsibilities:***
1.
Oversee daily factory operations and ensure smooth workflow from production to delivery.
2.
Manage production planning and scheduling to meet project deadlines.
3.
Monitor productivity, quality control, and operational efficiency.
4.
Coordinate with Sales, Procurement, Design, and Project Teams.
5.
Supervise factory staff, machine operators, carpenters, and installers.
6.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
7.
Control operational costs, material utilization, and wastage.
8.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate material requirements.
9.
Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports and KPIs.
10.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and profitability.
***Requirements:***
1.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field.
2.
Strong knowledge of wood manufacturing, joinery production, CNC operations, and installation processes.
3.
Experience with ERP systems and production reporting.
4.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and people management skills.
