Logistics Comptroller
*Experience: 3–5 Years (Preferably in Wood Manufacturing, Joinery, Furniture, or Fit-Out Industry)*
The Logistics Executive is responsible for coordinating the movement of materials, finished products, and deliveries to ensure timely and efficient operations.
The role requires close coordination with production, procurement, warehouse, and project teams.
***Key Responsibilities:***
1.
Plan and coordinate daily deliveries and transportation schedules.
2.
Monitor incoming and outgoing materials and finished products.
3.
Coordinate with suppliers, transport providers, and project teams regarding delivery requirements.
4.
Ensure proper documentation for deliveries, dispatches, and inventory movements.
5.
Track shipment status and resolve logistics-related issues.
6.
Maintain accurate records of stock movements and transportation costs.
7.
Support warehouse operations and inventory control activities.
8.
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
***Requirements:***
1.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
2. 3–5 years of logistics experience, preferably in wood, joinery, furniture, or fit-out industries.
3.
Good knowledge of inventory and warehouse management.
4.
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
5.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
