About you

• Strong track record of achievement in operational management within your industry.
• Evidence of increasing efficiencies, reducing costs, and improving operational outcomes.
• Experience managing a dynamic team with a collaborative and inclusive management style.
• Good project management experience and a record of delivering value-added changes.
• Ability to develop plans and strategies for strategic outcomes and influence wider business operations.
