Role overview

Responsibilities

• Set up core operations, including processes, systems, and vendors.
• Own launch workstreams end to end and drive completion with minimal direction.
• Build operating rhythms, reporting, and KPIs.
• Work across commercial, regulatory, finance, people, and customer functions as priorities shift.
• Identify bottlenecks and resolve them through process creation or hands-on work.
• Manage Australian partner, supplier, and stakeholder relationships and connect the local team with global leadership in London.
• Use data and AI tools to improve decisions and eliminate manual work.

Requirements

• Up to 5 years of experience in a demanding environment.
• Strong academic record from a top university in a STEM subject.
• Evidence of hard work, high standards, drive, and ability to make things happen.
• Strong problem-solving skills and comfort breaking down ambiguous challenges.
• Comfort operating without structure and building it as needed.
• Clear communication and ability to work with stakeholders at every level.
