Company and team

Triple Point manages more than £2.5 billion across investment strategies and has more than 230 employees.

The Investment Finance and Operations team supports the financial and operational running of investment platforms.

The Private Credit Operations team administers and services a lending and leasing platform of approximately £1.8 billion across four funds.

Role purpose

The Operations Manager - Asset and Leasing will deliver a defined, time-limited programme to correct legacy data issues and strengthen portfolio processes and controls.

The work follows implementation and migration to Aspire, a lending system, and addresses asset-level records, contract structures and information needed to administer leases through their lifecycle.

This hands-on role combines asset finance and leasing knowledge with data analysis, operational control and change execution.

The role works with Operations, Finance, Investment, Technology and an external system provider, while limiting disruption to business-as-usual activity.

Remediation planning and delivery

  • Own a sequenced remediation backlog with clear scope, dependencies, resource needs and completion criteria.
  • Establish a data-quality baseline and identify root causes, including migration gaps, inconsistent practices, unclear ownership and process weaknesses.
  • Prioritize work according to customer, cash, accounting, regulatory, reporting and operational risk.
  • Lead remediation, delegate repeatable work to a junior analyst, review outputs and maintain quality control.
  • Maintain the delivery plan, decision log, escalation route and evidence; identify blockers and recommend practical resolutions.

Data integrity and reconciliation

  • Review and remediate customer, contract and asset data, including relationships, payment schedules, rates, charges, residual values, status, key dates, ownership and fund or entity allocation.
  • Resolve issues involving asset splits, multiple assets under one agreement, amendments and contract structures not fully addressed during migration.
  • Reconcile Aspire data against agreements, historic records, cash records, finance ledgers and portfolio reporting; work with Finance where accounting judgment is needed.
  • Define authoritative data sources, validation rules, tolerances and exception categories; keep changes controlled, evidenced and suitable for audit review.
  • Develop exception reporting and data-quality measures so Operations can address new issues before they affect customers, cash or reporting.

In-life management and controls

  • Map and improve end-to-end servicing of asset finance and leasing arrangements, from post-drawdown setup through payment allocation and subsequent servicing events.

Requirements

  • Asset finance and leasing knowledge sufficient to lead remediation and improve portfolio processes and controls.
  • Ability to analyse, correct and validate customer, contract and asset-level data.
  • Ability to plan and deliver controlled remediation, with risk-based priorities, quality checks and evidence of completed work.
  • Ability to work with Operations, Finance, Investment, Technology and an external system provider.
