Function and team

The role

Understand the business

• Work with origination, asset management, finance, and operations users to understand lending and leasing processes and Aspire usage.
• Map processes, identify workarounds and control gaps, clarify business needs, and consider whether processes can be simplified.
• Understand financial transaction processing and Aspire's connections to integrations, data warehouse, and reporting.

Own issues and deliver solutions

• Manage reported issues from triage through investigation, communication, workaround, and resolution, involving Technology or vendors when needed.
• Investigate issues by reproducing them and reviewing configuration, data, transaction behavior, and intended outcomes.
• Identify interim solutions, communicate implications, analyze recurring issues, and follow through on permanent fixes.
• Keep issue records and updates clear and escalate risks promptly.

Improve and change the system safely

• Support the system development lifecycle from requirements and options analysis through design, configuration, testing, release, and post-implementation review.
• Develop requirements, user stories, process maps, and acceptance criteria from business needs.
