Security operations
- Manage daily security activities, shift schedules, resource deployment, and site inspections.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate security supervisors and guards.
- Lead responses to security breaches, emergencies, and alarms, coordinating with local law enforcement or emergency services.
- Conduct risk assessments and safety audits and ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards, including SIRA guidelines where applicable.
- Monitor and maintain access control systems, CCTV networks, and fire and life safety alarms.
- Provide reports to executive leadership and resolve client or tenant security concerns.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminology, Criminal Justice, or a related field.
- Five to eight or more years of progressive security operations experience, including at least three years in a supervisory or management role.
- The posting states Arabic only.
- Local security licenses such as SIRA, First Aid/CPR, or credentials such as CPP or PSP are preferred.
Required skills
- Strong crisis management, problem-solving, and team motivation skills.
- Proficiency with security management software.
Pay
- The stated pay range is AED 0.63–2.00 per month.
