• Responsibilities:Oversee daily operations and ensure business activities run efficiently
• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and improvement initiatives
• Monitor operational performance, productivity, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Manage budgets, resources, and operational costs effectively
• Coordinate with multiple departments to optimize workflows and business processes
• Lead, mentor, and develop operational teams to achieve organizational goals
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
• Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience in operations management or a similar leadership role
• Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with process optimization and performance management is preferred
