Hiring: Asset Integrity Manager (United Arab Emirates)

We are currently seeking an experienced and highly skilled Asset Integrity Manager to join our international team in the United Arab Emirates.

Job Type

  • Full-Time

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement asset integrity management strategies and programs
  • Ensure the reliability, safety, and performance of critical assets and infrastructure
  • Lead risk-based inspection (RBI), corrosion management, and integrity assessment activities
  • Monitor asset condition and develop preventive maintenance and inspection plans
  • Analyze asset performance data and recommend corrective actions and improvements
  • Coordinate with engineering, operations, maintenance, and HSE teams
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies
  • Support asset lifecycle management and long-term reliability initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a related field
  • Proven experience in asset integrity, reliability engineering, inspection, or maintenance management
  • Strong knowledge of RBI, corrosion control, fitness-for-service assessments, and integrity management systems
  • Familiarity with international standards such as API, ASME, ISO, and NACE standards
  • Excellent analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, energy, or industrial sectors is highly preferred
