SREE DHANYA, a construction and contracting company in Dubai, seeks an experienced professional to oversee day-to-day operations and drive new business growth.
The role combines construction operations management and business development.
Operations responsibilities
- Monitor and coordinate site and office operations.
- Track project progress, timelines, budgets, and manpower.
- Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.
- Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality, Dubai Civil Defence, DEWA, and other authority requirements.
- Report project status and risks to management regularly.
Business development responsibilities
- Identify and win new construction, fit-out, and maintenance projects in Dubai.
- Build relationships with developers, consultants, and clients.
- Handle tenders, pre-qualifications, quotations, and negotiations.
- Grow the company's client base and market presence in the UAE.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in the Dubai/UAE construction industry, including experience in a management role.
- Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Strong network with developers and consultants in Dubai.
- Good knowledge of tendering, contracts, and cost control.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Valid UAE driving licence.
Advantageous qualifications
- Approved engineer, G+Unlimited category, is a strong advantage.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in high-rise building construction is a strong advantage.
- PMP certification is a strong advantage.
Location and work arrangement
- Location: Dubai, UAE.
- Work location: in person.
