The Operations Manager leads daily hotel operations and helps deliver memorable guest experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Lead hotel operations, including budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, service delivery, and compliance with brand and company standards.
- Monitor guest service trends and satisfaction, and direct improvements to guest experience and service quality.
- Identify process and team-performance gaps and implement productivity improvements.
- Set quality goals, enable service recovery, and monitor guest satisfaction metrics.
- Support team engagement and retention through performance management, development, and recognition.
