**Salary:** AED 2,500 per month
Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and organized Operations Logistics Coordinator to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily logistics operations, supporting field teams,and maintaining accurate operational records.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily schedules for drivers and field staff.
- Monitor and track daily operations to ensure timely completion.
- Communicate with clients regarding bookings, schedules, and service updates.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Coordinate with HR and other departments regarding employee attendance and deployment.
- Ensure all operational documents are complete and properly maintained.
- Resolve operational issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
- Support management with administrative and logistics tasks as required.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in logistics, operations, or coordination.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of Dubai roads and logistics operations is an advantage.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
