Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced **Finishing Foreman/Supervisor** to lead and oversee our finishing crews on residential and/or commercial construction projects.
You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality finish work is completed on time, within budget, and to specification.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of finishing crews (drywall finishing, painting, trim, flooring, etc.)
- Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and project specifications
- Ensure all work meets quality standards and passes inspections
- Schedule labor, materials, and equipment for finishing phases
- Train, mentor, and evaluate crew members
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe job site
- Communicate progress and issues to project manager
- Coordinate with subcontractors and other trades
Requirements
- 2 years in a supervisory or foreman role
- Strong knowledge of finishing techniques and quality standards
- Ability to read blueprints and job specifications
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
