is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven
Operations Lead
to oversee and optimize daily operational activities, ensuring the successful delivery of projects and alignment with organizational objectives.
The Operations Lead will provide strategic leadership across project execution, client engagement, team management, and business operations, working closely with senior management and cross-functional stakeholders to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and acting as a key point of contact for project and business-related matters.
The role will also involve leading and mentoring multidisciplinary teams, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring effective resource planning and utilization across multiple projects.
In addition, the Operations Lead will support business growth initiatives by identifying new opportunities, contributing to business development strategies, participating in client presentations and proposals, and strengthening partnerships with key stakeholders.
The position requires strong leadership, commercial awareness, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance operational priorities while driving organizational growth and long-term success.
