About This Role
Overview
The Operations Intern will support the Operations team in procurement, supply chain coordination, cost tracking, and operational processes across development and real estate projects.
The intern will gain exposure to procurement operations and operational efficiency processes.
Roles, Responsibilities, Duties
- Support procurement and operational activities across projects
- Assist in vendor coordination and supplier communication
- Help track purchase requests, invoices, and operational documentation
- Assist with cost tracking and reporting activities
- Support inventory and material coordination where required
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and operational summaries
- Assist in maintaining procurement and supplier records
- Support process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives
- Assist in preparing procurement comparisons and supplier evaluations
- Support invoice tracking and purchase order processes
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Procurement, Business Administration, Operations Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field (ongoing or recently completed)
Experience
- Internship or academic exposure within operations, procurement, or supply chain is preferred
Competencies
- Strong analytical and organisational skills
- Attention to detail
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work with data and reports
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
