Overview
We are looking for an analytical
Mandarin-speaking Intern
to join our growing team.
In this role, you’ll support user growth initiatives, analyze performance data, and gain hands-on exposure to operational strategy in a fast-paced international environment.
This internship is ideal for students who are curious about growth, product, and data-driven decision-making.
What You’ll Do
- Support the operations team in executing user growth strategies and related campaigns.
- Monitor key performance metrics and conduct post-campaign analysis to evaluate effectiveness.
- Collect and analyze user behavior data to generate insights and recommend optimization actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Design, and Legal to ensure smooth execution of initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong data sensitivity with basic SQL proficiency.
- **Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English (mandatory)**
- to support cross-border collaboration.
- Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset; comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in written English for professional communication.
- Available at least 4 days per week for a minimum of 3 months.
