Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Handle import, export, and transit shipments through UAE Customs.
• Prepare and process all types of Bills of Entry (BOE), including import, export, transit, temporary admission, and other customs declarations.
• Operate and manage customs documentation through Mirsal 2.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and government authorities.
• Manage warehouse operations, inventory control, stock movements, receiving, dispatch, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with UAE customs regulations, Free Zone requirements, and FTA regulations.
• Process and maintain documentation related to VAT, customs duties, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate Dangerous Goods (DG) shipments and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
• Handle cargo movement and approvals through Calogi, Dnata, and DWC platforms.
• Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates to customers and management.
• Maintain accurate records in the company's ERP system.
• Prepare operational reports, inventory reports, customs reports, and management reports.
• Liaise with government departments, customs authorities, airlines, and logistics service providers.
• Support finance department with operational documentation, costing, and reconciliation requirements.

Required Skills & ExperienceMandatory Knowledge

• Strong working knowledge of **Mirsal 2**
• Strong knowledge of **FTA (Federal Tax Authority) procedures and VAT regulations**
• Strong knowledge of **Dangerous Goods (DG) handling and documentation**
• Hands-on experience with **Calogi**
• Hands-on experience with **Dnata cargo systems**
• Hands-on experience with **DWC customs and logistics procedures**
• Strong knowledge of **all types of Bills of Entry (BOE)**
• Warehouse operations and inventory management
• Freight forwarding and logistics operations
• Transport coordination and shipment tracking
• ERP systems and inventory management software

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of UAE logistics, freight forwarding, customs clearance, or warehouse operations experience.
• Experience working in a Free Zone environment, preferably JAFZA.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and ERP systems.
