Coordinate day-to-day operations for the fire and security projects and maintenance departments.
The role covers project execution, maintenance, manpower coordination, client communication, site activities, and operational follow-up.
Operations and technical delivery
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, technicians, clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Plan manpower, materials, tools, equipment, and site requirements; monitor progress and timely completion.
- Coordinate installation, testing, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting for fire alarm, firefighting, fire pump, CCTV, access control, and related systems.
- Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance is completed and follow up on breakdowns, service requests, complaints, emergencies, and pending work.
Site, reporting, and compliance
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, work quality, manpower, and operational requirements.
- Coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning, authority requirements, and rectification works where applicable.
- Review work orders, service reports, completion documents, quotations, and invoices; prepare operational reports for management.
- Monitor engineer and technician performance, resolve client concerns, and ensure compliance with company procedures, safety requirements, and applicable UAE regulations.
Candidate requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant UAE experience in fire and security systems.
- Strong experience in both projects and maintenance operations.
- Good technical knowledge of fire alarm, firefighting, fire pump, CCTV, access control, and related systems.
- Experience managing engineers, technicians, and site teams; strong coordination, maintenance-management, and follow-up skills.
- Knowledge of project and maintenance documentation, MS Office, and reporting.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills; able to manage multiple activities simultaneously.
- A UAE driving license and immediate availability are preferred.
Work location
- Work is in person and includes regular site visits.
