Company Description

Role Overview

As an Operations & Customer Experience Executive, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales growth by generating new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and converting leads into successful projects.

In addition to supporting the Company's sales objectives, you will assist with operational coordination, procurement, vendor management, and customer service to ensure seamless project execution and an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and lead generation.
  • Conduct outbound sales calls and follow up on enquiries to convert prospects into customers.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Manage customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Source plants and landscaping materials from nurseries and suppliers across Dubai.
  • Negotiate pricing and support cost-effective procurement.
  • Collect customer feedback and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with operational coordination, logistics, and reporting.

Requirements

  • **Valid UAE driving** licence **is mandatory.**
  • Minimum **2 years of experience** in sales, customer service, operations, or business development (experience in landscaping, horticulture, construction, or related industries is an advantage).
  • Proven ability to generate leads and close sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using CRM systems.
  • Willingness to travel across Dubai to visit clients, suppliers, and project sites.
