Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Ensure all repairs and service (engraving, etching, embossing) orders are entered, monitored, and completed.
• Provide the highest standard of client follow-up to support the development of client relationships.
• Meet and consult with appointment clients and walk-in clients.
• Ensure all client enquiries via phone, post, and email are responded to.
• Fulfill any client order requests, including the transaction process and shipping.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury retail or client-focused environment.
• Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written.
• Must be bilingual in Arabic and English.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with a diverse client base and collaborate with colleagues.
• Flexibility to work traditional retail trading hours, including weekdays, weekends, late nights, and holidays.
