Position Overview

Operational Coordination and Delivery

• Manage Dammam-region operations and coordinate sales, logistics, procurement, and customer service teams.
• Coordinate supplier, transporter, and customer fulfillment; assign transporters and vehicles, including multi-truck bulk deliveries.
• Monitor schedules and purchase orders, address delivery delays, and close orders with accurate supporting documentation.

Inventory, Reporting, and Liaison

• Track orders, deliveries, replenishment, inventory, dispatch, storage, and movement of materials with warehouse and supply-chain teams.
• Maintain order, shipment, delivery, and transport-cost records; prepare performance reports and support operations leads with analysis.
• Resolve operational inquiries and issues with transporters, suppliers, and customers, including discrepancies, returns, and delays.
• Coordinate with central operations and other regions through approved channels, attend meetings, and support new tools and automated workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, business administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply-chain coordination; construction or building-materials experience is a plus.
• Strong Arabic and English communication and coordination skills; proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and logistics or order-management software.
• Accuracy in documentation and ability to multitask under pressure in a fast-paced delivery environment.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Dammam; familiarity with Eastern Province logistics is preferred.
