Operations Coordinator
About This Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in pest control and cleaning services and a strong ability to manage daily operations, coordinate field teams, and ensure high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily operations for pest control and cleaning service teams
- Schedule jobs, assign tasks, and monitor team performance
- Ensure timely completion of services and adherence to company standards
- Communicate with clients to confirm appointments and handle inquiries or complaints
- Maintain service records, reports, and operational documentation
- Monitor inventory of equipment, chemicals, and cleaning supplies
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations
- Support continuous improvement of operational processes
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in pest control and cleaning services industry
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to manage field staff and coordinate schedules effectively
- Familiarity with pest control methods, cleaning procedures, and safety standards
- Proficiency in MS Office or similar tools
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in operations coordination or similar role
- Knowledge of local regulations related to pest control and cleaning services
- Valid driving license (Optional)

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
